Fans of “Jungle Fish” are anticipating the release of the mini sequel “Jungle Fish 2” on September 25. As a bonus, the eight-episode series will also be released as a movie on December 2010.
“Jungle Fish” gained critical acclaim, as it was awarded the American Peabody Award. It is also KBS’ program with the most national awards. The original series boasted a cast lineup with Park Bo Young,2PM’s Chan Sung, and Kim Soo Hyun.
The sequel boasts a strong line-up of young talents, including T-ara’s Jiyeon, MBLAQ’s Lee Joon, and model/actor Hong Jong Hyun. Interestingly, Jiyeon and Lee Joon have previous acting experiences from “God of Studies” and “Ninja Assassin”.
